Not only does our team work to keep our local businesses and residences clean, but we also are dedicated to lending a helping hand whenever we can. For us, that means community outreach through Meals on Wheels.

At ServiceMaster Trifecta, our core values aren’t just a list of fancy words. They are our mantras. They are the values that we work hard to live by every single day, not just at our jobs, but in our personal lives, too.
One of our most important values is to be a “Compassionate Helper.” In our job, this means putting the needs of our clients above the needs of our company. It’s never about making more money or getting a job done at warp speed. It’s about going out of our way to make sure not only our clients’ property is restored, but their peace of mind.
Outside of providing cleaning and restoration services to clients, however, we also want to live the value of “Compassionate Helper” in our time off. That is why something that is crucial to the culture of ServiceMaster Trifecta is how we give back to our community.
Meals on Wheels
Our community is everything to us — that’s why we do what we do. There comes a time, however, when helping to keep our local schools, healthcare facilities, and other businesses clean isn’t enough. We looked for the best opportunity for us to give back to the community and landed on Meals on Wheels.
There has always been a need for compassionate helpers all over the country to bring warm meals to older adults who aren’t able to get out of the house much, but that need doubled overnight with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Supporting these community members during a time like this is so important. Sometimes, these food deliveries are the only hot meal or personal interaction these people get all week. This is why the ServiceMaster Trifecta team in Nashville delivers meals to homebound older adults every Friday.

It takes a few hours to complete, but we haven’t missed a week since starting. Even on days where our team is short-staffed or busy, our Commercial Sales Manager & Marketing Developer Jodi Camasta will go on her own. This act executes several of our core values, but especially “Compassionate Helper.” We are so proud to have someone like Jodi on our team.
