You’ve chosen ServiceMaster Trifecta as your janitorial service provider. But what’s next? We believe that a strong start produces strong results, and that’s why our onboarding process is an essential part of providing exceptional service.
So, how does it work? Once a new Service Agreement has been reviewed and agreed upon, we use our proven process to ensure that we meet each of your needs.
Step 1: Meet Your Sales and Customer Relations Manager
First, you’ll meet the ServiceMaster Trifecta Sales and Customer Relations Manager. That individual will perform a site evaluation and complete your New Account Start-Up Form to gather site-specific details for your facility – including operations standards, billing particulars, employee needs, budget figures, and the signed Service Agreement.
Step 2: Determine Operations Schedule
Next, we’ll bring in our Operations Team to hold an introductory meeting to discuss operations standards for your particular location. This is the time to nail down the start date and shift times. They’ll also ask specific questions to identify your pain points and establish access intelligence, acquiring keys or access cards, alarm codes, and point-of-contact information.
Once we’ve nailed down the details, we’ll make sure that you have 24/7 access to our customer portal. This resource is your one-stop shop to view inspections, leave service requests, and bring issues to the table.
Step 3: Set up for Success
Our operations team will take an in-depth tour of your space as a final step. During this step, they will take the time to note any site-specific items that you (or they) feel may need special attention. Placement of critical resources – janitor closets, trash dumpsters, specific restroom dispenser keys, etc. – will be noted as well.
Step 4: Install and Get Started
Before the commencement of services, the operations team will install our chemical dispensing systems in the janitor closet and restroom dispensers if you’ve requested that ServiceMaster provide the consumable products and dispensers you use. Then, the team will organize your janitor closets with all the equipment and supplies they need to perform the job so you’ll be ready to go.
On the initial startup date, the Operations Manager over your account will train your building’s staff on the particular needs of your facility. The Operations Manager is essential in establishing the cleaning process and ensures that those working in your facility have sufficient training on equipment and supply use, safety data sheets, etc. And they do not release the employee to work on their own until they perform up to expectations without assistance.
Step 5: Keep it Going
ServiceMaster Trifecta believes that consistent communication with our clients is the best way to make sure that we are fulfilling their needs. Beyond ongoing communications with your Operations manager, our customer service process means that you’ll have check-ins with our Sales and Customer Relations Managers regularly to ensure our service is exactly what you want.
