Brian is the man behind ServiceMaster Trifecta. As our CEO and Visionary, his primary focus is on the future of the company. His biggest responsibilities include setting the culture, keeping a pulse on industry trends, developing strategic relationships, researching and developing new services, and coming up with 20 new ideas every day. That doesn’t mean he’s beneath getting his hands dirty, though. You will see Brian doing every job from leading large restoration projects to cleaning toilets. He loves where our company is headed and that this industry gives him the freedom to build the kind of culture he wants to see. When not on the job, you can find Brian on his farm with his wife, four kids, and three alpacas.
Based in Louisville, Brian is our COO and Integrator here at ServiceMaster Trifecta. He communicates and executes our company's business plan, by being accountable for the P&L results, removing obstacles, and holding leadership accountable. Brian loves being a part of our family culture and propelling the company forward to better care for clients. On his off days, Brian is probably outside hunting, fishing, or gardening. If you ask nicely, he may even grace you with a Pearl Jam performance.
Mike Middleton serves as our Chief Revenue Officer and leads our sales and leadership teams in generating revenue growth for the company. His can-do attitude and energetic demeanor makes him a great attribute to our team! Mike lives in the Nashville area and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and always reading and learning. Fun fact: his favorite vacation spot is Italy - ciao!
Chris is the General Manager in Nashville. He focuses on the operations of our company, as well as culture and company development. Although Chris loves working with the ServiceMaster team as much as he can, every once in a while, he’ll take a break to spend time with his family and watch his son play sports. Who knows, maybe you could even catch him eating crawfish on the beach or singing “Drive” by Alan Jackson on karaoke night.
As a Construction Manager in Nashville, Corey handles scheduling, developing contracts, and hiring subcontractors. Basically, he oversees any details needed to reconstruct our clients' homes. While Corey is relatively new to ServiceMaster, he has worked in construction for 14 years and really knows his stuff! When he isn’t working, Corey is most likely outside fishing, hunting, camping, or exploring new places. If you’re lucky, you might even hear his rendition of “Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks.
Here in Louisville, Trevor is our Construction Assistant Project Manager, which means he assists the construction manager with projects and estimates. He is dedicated to our team and finished products and is more than willing to perform any tasks needed to complete a project efficiently. Not only is Trevor an important member of the ServiceMaster Trifecta family, but he also loves spending time with his own family and doing home projects.
Sharon works at our Louisville location as an Operations and Project Manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations of all the projects in both our Disaster Restoration and Sales departments. Known for her compassion, Sharon is truly dedicated to her job and loves helping homeowners feel as comfortable as possible while going through a disaster situation. With five grandsons to chase after, Sharon is ready to build her own family team for just about any sport you can think of. Basketball, however, is her favorite, since she played on her college’s women’s team!
Working in our Louisville office in our Business Admin department, Kaela does a little bit of everything, from accounts receivable and payable to HR, hiring, and payroll. The list goes on! She is also newly certified in trauma and crime scene cleanup and loves being there for people going through a tough time. Our resident social butterfly, Kaela always has something on her calendar. She also can’t wait for her vacation, whether it’s finding a sunny spot on the beach or exploring a new country.
Mike is the Business Development Client Relations Manager for the Louisville Market and has an extensive background in the Facilities Management Industry having over 35 years both on the Operational side as well as the Business Development side of the business. In his current role, he identifies, qualifies, and develops new leads to become new ServiceMaster clients. Mike also works closely with our current client base to ensure operational compliance and to maintain relationships. He is a true believer in the Leadership Team and the culture that has been created here. Mike’s personal interest include fishing, cooking BBQ on his smoker, and vacationing with the family.
As the Office Manager for our Nashville location, Tricia keeps our team organized and productive. She handles a number of different areas including bookkeeping, connecting with customers, vendors and co-workers, and anything else the day may throw at her. When she is not at work, you can probably find Tricia volunteering for her church, spending time with friends and family or camping. And if she's on vacation, Tricia is either exploring her favorite destination, New York City, or on a white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Michael wears many hats as a General Manager in Louisville, having been in this business for over 30 years. He is the one who ensures accuracy on disaster restoration estimates, keeps current on latest insurance company requirements, interviews potential new hires, reviews all jobs with techs and leadership team, and trains technicians on technology and procedures. When he’s not doing the work of ten, Michael is probably outside cycling or biking or enjoying a nice plate of fried chicken.
As an Operations Manager in Louisville, Graham observes and manages current operations and procedures to improve efficiencies, product quality, team cohesiveness, and safety. While Graham loves everything about ServiceMaster’s core values and camaraderie, he most enjoys using his natural abilities in operations, construction, and organization to help return a family or business back to normal life after a difficult event. When not working, Graham spends time with his wife and three kids outside or tinkering with blacksmithing or carpentry projects.
Davyd is a Nashville Project Manager who helps us out a ton by scheduling crews, completing estimates, ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and correctly. While Davyd loves the family atmosphere of ServiceMaster, to him there is nothing better than getting out of town on his Harley and discovering new things, like hole-in-the-wall restaurants and underground bands. Don’t forget to look twice for motorcycles!
As a Construction Manager in Louisville, Kathy helps restore our client’s home or business back to pre-damage condition. Kathy loves working with her amazing team and seeing homes and businesses bounce back even better than before. When she’s not giving new life to buildings after a disaster, Kathy can be found on the lake or watching sports with her family.
A Project Manager in Nashville, Jeromy is really our "First Sergeant" when it comes to industry questions. He is also the chief QA officer in regards to billings. Jeromy’s favorite part of working at ServiceMaster is that every day presents a new challenge that he gets to take on with the rest of the team. When not working, Jeromy spends time with his wife and four kids and plays bass in his church band.
As our General Manager of Finance in Louisville, handles the administrative, financial, and human resource functions of our enterprise. We couldn’t function day-to-day without Jesse’s help and we’re so glad to have him on our team as we strive to provide both our customers and our employees with an excellent experience. As much as Jesse loves his job, however, you can sometimes find him daydreaming of his next family vacation to Disney World and Universal Studios.
Erika has been with ServiceMaster for a few years now and is our Janitorial Operations Manager in Louisville. She knows everything there is to know about commercial cleaning. When not overseeing the spotlessness of your business, Erika can be found hanging out with her family and indulging her love of potatoes of every kind.
