Our team received a phone call at 3:30 AM from a facility director at a school about a pipe that had burst in a hallway. Affected areas were the Principal’s office, computer lab, hallway, and two classrooms. Our team arrived on site within 45 minutes of the call to extract all standing water and start the mitigation process. Once the walls and ceilings were opened up, asbestos was found which delayed the job. Our crew got their job completed within four days before abatement began. The facility manager couldn’t have been happier with how he could depend on us when a bad situation turned worse.
Winter Storm Ice Dam Causes Roof Leak
We received a call about a private school that had a leaking roof in the kitchen from a winter storm ice dam. Our team arrived on site with equipment within 40 minutes of the call, and started the mitigation work within the hour. Each morning, our team turned the machines off to accommodate the client’s need to prepare food for the children. We advised the client how to turn them back on every day after lunch. The job took around four days and the client soon became a high priority client after a day of meeting us because of being so impressed with our team’s communication, hard work, effort, and the strong trust that he experienced with us.
